Returns / Exchanges / Repairs
We are happy to accept full priced purchases for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Gift recipients may return items for exchange or merchandise credit only. Unfortunately, and without exception, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that has been used or worn. Please send your package to us via an insured and prepaid method. Include the packing slip and the completed Return/Exchange form. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on exchanges or returns. Please note that if an item has been shipped to you free of charge through a promotion, we will make a deduction for the shipping charge. Angela's Attic items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit only. All sales are final on promotional and discounted items. Unfortunately, our Retail stores are unable to process returns/exchanges on items purchased through our catalog or website.
